CANCELLATIONS

Cancellations for refunds during peak months March and October are due 30 days before your arrival date.
Administrative Fee Assessed before refund can be sent.
Cancellations after 30 days may not be refunded unless approved by management.

RULES

No smoking in House
No pets on the furniture
No wipes in the toilet
Quiet Time begins at 8pm
No Unauthorized guests
Wash and put up all used dishes before check-out.
Strip used linens (robes, towels, linen, cup towels) and put in white laundry basket or toss on floor in pile
If staying for more than 10 days per reservation after 5 days put used towels in laundry basket to be washed outside door.
