Policies
Check-in Time
- 3:00 to 6:00 p.m. (Late check-in by special arrangement).
Check-out Time
- 12:00 p.m. (Late check-out by special arrangement)
Smoking
- Smoking permitted only outside the cottages.
Payment Methods
- We accept Visa and MasterCard
- A Visa or MasterCard credit card required to secure a
reservation but payment at check-out may be
made by cash, personal check or credit card.
- The cost of repairs for damage to a
cottage or its contents will be charged to
the credit card securing the reservation.
- Cancellation rules: If you cancel at
least 10 days in advance of your
reservation, your credit card will be
charged with only a $25.00 processing fee.
If cancellation is less than 10 days, your
credit card will be charged for one night’s
rent plus hotel tax. For no-shows or early
departures, your credit card will be charged
the rent for the entire reservation. For the
Round Top antiques shows in April and
October, there is a 30 day policy instead of
10 days..
